Company Profile
Mission Statement
Tax Review Group, (TRG) provides
services that will create property tax savings for its client’s year-over-year.
We bridge the gap between property and business owners and the Government
Agencies which regulate property taxes. This provides us with the insight and
tools required to ensure our clients property tax liabilities are truly fair and
equitable. We will remain dedicated and vigilant in understanding and creating
legislation to ensure we continue providing our clients exceptional property tax
representation.
Company History
Tax Review Group (TRG), formerly Tax
Assessment Review Group was founded in 1992 by Aaron Noe with the objective of
delivering exceptional local based property tax representation to property
owners in Nevada and Southern California. TRG was well received and highly
praised for it uncompromising customer service and dedicated hard-nosed
representation. Since inception over seventeen years ago TRG has grown and
prospered while staying very focused on the markets it serves. During this time
period TRG has had the true pleasure to work with and provide property tax
services to may great companies including Lincoln Property Company, Kimco Realty
Corporation, Camden Property Trust, Shurgard Self-Storage, Property Development
Associates and hundreds of others. TRG embraces the relationships it has
established and looks forward to the next seventeen years of growing,
establishing new relationships and saving clients money.

Directors Profiles
Director of Real Property Tax
Founder, Aaron M. Noe, is the Director of Real Property Tax for TRG. His
background in the property tax business began in 1986 while working for Tax
Management Group (formerly PTC). While at TMG he performed work on the largest
re-appraisal in California history, assisting in establishing the base year
valuation for all real property held by the Irvine Company. Since that time Mr.
Noe has been personally responsible for tens of millions of dollars in property
tax reductions for his clients in California and Nevada. Mr. Noe is a graduate
of San Diego State University with a B.S. in Real Estate.
Director of Personal Property Tax
Bryan Smith
Director of Legal Issues
Julie D. Noe serves as the Director of Legal Issues for TRG. Ms. Noe
graduated from California Western School of Law in 1994 and is licensed to
practice law in both Nevada and California. Ms. Noe’s tenure in property tax
consulting began at Tax Management Group in San Diego, California following her
graduation from law school. She has successfully challenged many complex
assessments and tax abatement issues for TRG, providing clients with substantial
tax relief.
